How Can I Win?
Ways to earn entries for the promotion.
This promotion is open to all active Mykonos Tsogo Rewards members and NO points earning required.
The draw format will offer 1 x FREE draw entry for all members per day, which can be collected daily from Monday 26 October until Friday 30 October 2026 – a maximum of 5 FREE draw entries.
Ticket collection is daily at the eHost from 09h30.
On the draw date 30 October 2026, all active Tsogo App users will receive up to 5x Bonus Mobile App Tickets.
Tickets will be entered into the draw bin (tombola), in the foyer area of the casino (draw bin will be under surveillance camera view) and only valid for 30 October 2026.
The eHost will close on the 30 October 2026 at 20h25. Our patrons can still print their draw tickets at 19h30, but can only enter their draw entries into the bin after the 19h30 draw, for the 20h30 draw.
The live draws will take place on 30 October 2026 at 19h30 and 20h30 and 4 winners will be selected at the 19h30 draw and 5 winners at the 20h30 draw time via the draw bin (tombola) and all the required personnel will be present to ensure compliance and all draw paperwork will be completed as per normal.
Each winner will have the opportunity to choose between 4 envelopes at the 19h30 draw and 5 envelopes at the 20h30 draw time.
A total of 9 winners for the evening.
Participants may be drawn more than once, but can only win once at the 19h30 draw and once at the 20h30 draw. So a winner can win twice on the draw evening. A re-draw will take place if the same winner is selected at the same draw time.

- Tickets will be manually drawn by a marketing representative, with an independent auditor present to oversee the drawing process at each draw time of 19h30 and 20h30 on 30 October 2026.
- Participants may be drawn more than once, but can only win once at the 19h30 draw and once at the 20h30 draw. So a winner can win twice on the draw evening. A re-draw will take place if the same winner is selected at the same draw time.
- Winners (9) will also have the opportunity to receive a bonus prize (R300 Café Vigour Food & Beverage Prize), if they have downloaded and registered on the Tsogo Sun Mobile App and playTSOGO. This must be done prior to the draw time and not after the winner is selected.
- Up to R80 000 in Cash & Prizes up for grabs on the 30th of October 2026. Our winners on the evening can redeem their Cash and +play prizes at the Cash Desk Department at Mykonos Casino and the Café Vigour vouchers at Café Vigour restaurant. The winner of the Accommodation prize must contact Mykonos Casino to arrange the accommodation dates with the Club Mykonos Resort.
- Participants must register to decline to be present at the draws in person. No person shall be permitted to act on behalf of a participant to exercise this rule. A positive and acceptable form of identification must be presented by relevant parties when completing this process.
- Prize winners or nominated Proxies who are present will be given 90 seconds to present themselves and must have evidence of the winning ticket and/or Mykonos Casino Rewards card belonging to the winner, and a positive and acceptable form of identification.
- Should a prize winner be eligible for a prize but is not present as a result of declining an invite to be present for the draw, the casino shall take all reasonable steps to contact the prize winner via the contact details provided or otherwise readily available. In such circumstances, the prize winner may, within 15 days of the draw, claim the prize.
- The prescribed Proxy Forms will be available at the Tsogo Rewards Desk from Monday 26 October 2026 to 30 October 2026 until 18h00 (on the day of the promotion draw).
- Should the prize winner not present themselves within 90 seconds, and there is no record of the prize winner declining the invitation to be present by completing the prescribed Proxy Form, a re-draw will take place.
- Nominees shall not be entitled to any prize (s) or benefits and shall not take receipt of prizes accruing to the winner they represent.
- In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for the promotional draw, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management, and the Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board will be notified.
- Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged.
- The Accommodation prize excludes public holidays, school holidays, and special days and is subject to availability and is ONLY for two people, for two nights.
- The Accommodation prize is only available from 1 November 2026 until 1 March 2027.
- The Accommodation prize is for two people only, for two nights, from Monday until Sunday at the Club Mykonos resort and the prize is not transferable.
- The Accommodation prize excludes transport from and to the venue and meals.
- Neither Tsogo Sun Casino Management Company (PTY) Limited, its subsidiaries and affiliated companies, their Directors, Officers, employees or agents shall be liable for any loss, damage, injury or death suffered by the prize winner or any of his/her invitees, as a result of the prize winner having taken up the prize. The prize winner hereby indemnifies and holds harmless the Tsogo Sun Casino Management Company for any such loss, damage, injury or death.
- The La Vita Spa Voucher is subject to availability and the winner will need to contact La Vita Spa at 022 7077174 for a booking. The La Vita Spa vouchers are valid from 1 November until 1 March 2027.
- All decisions are final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into.
- Any person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified.
- Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation.
- The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.

- Any complaints and/or disputes can be lodged with the Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board.
