How Can I Win?
Ways to earn entries for the promotion.
Mykonos Tsogo Rewards members that are playing slot machines (active play on slot machines) on the entire gaming floor on Wednesdays of 9, 16, 23 and 30 September and 7, 14, 21 and 28 October 2026, will stand a chance to be selected via the Gamesmart bonus selector. Every 30 minutes starting at 16h00 until 20h30, one lucky machine number will be selected.
Winners will be randomly determined in the following manner: The Gamesmart bonus selector is extracted for the entire floor, this will ensure that only active machines are selected and the winning machine numbers will be announced on the microphone by the Marketing Team.
The first machine number on the list each time, will be the relevant winners.
Total of 10 winners per Wednesday.
When a winner is selected, the Marketing Team will go to the lucky machine number (winner) and the winner will have the opportunity to select an envelope that contains a Cash or +Play prize, without knowing what the prize will be.
If the winner selected can show us that he/she has downloaded and registered on the Tsogo Sun App and playTSOGO prior to the draw time, they can spin the wheel for an extra prize to be won.

- The SLOTS OF FUN slots bonus promotion is exclusive to all Mykonos Tsogo Rewards members and will run from 9 September until 28 October 2026.
- No person under the age of 18 is allowed to gamble or participate in the SLOTS OF FUN
- Any person who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order, or who is self-excluded, or who falls into the category of excluded persons, is expressly prohibited from participating in this promotion.
- This promotion, SLOTS OF FUN is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents, or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.
- All Mykonos Tsogo Rewards members (active slot machine players) on the entire casino floor, will be eligible to participate in the SLOTS OF FUN promotion between 16h00 until 20h30 on Wednesdays and stand a chance to be selected via the Gamesmart bonus selector. Every 30 minutes, starting at 16h00 of 9, 16, 23 and 30 September and 7, 14, 21 and 28 October 2026, one winner (1 lucky machine number) will be selected via the Gamesmart bonus selector.
- A total of 10 winners per Wednesday and the winning machine numbers will be announced on the microphone by the Marketing Team.
- Winners will be randomly determined in the following manner: The Gamesmart bonus selector (way of a random selection) is extracted for the entire floor, this will ensure that only active machines are selected.
- Participants are entitled to win once from 16h00 until 20h30, per Wednesday.
- The first machine on the list each time, will be the relevant winner (every 30 minutes starting at 16h00) and will get the opportunity to pick one prize out of an envelope (without looking inside the envelope).
- An envelope can only be selected once a day. If the winner selected can show us that he/she has downloaded and registered on the Tsogo Sun App and playTSOGO prior to the draw time, they can spin the wheel for an extra prize to be won.
- The Tsogo Sun App and playTSOGO can’t be downloaded and registered after the winner is selected (this must be done prior to each draw time).
- The physical wheel will display all the possible prizes and have an indicator (i.e. arrow) that will indicate the prize that has been won, once the wheel stops spinning.
- The amount on the spinning wheel can be won more than once per Wednesday. Up to R10,500 in Cash and Prizes up for grabs per Wednesday.
- Once positively identified, the prize will be given to the winner by the Marketing Team, with Security present and the winner can redeem his/her prize (Cash or +Play) at the Cash Desk Department at Mykonos Casino and the Food & Beverage voucher at Café Vigour. The prize winner will sign for the receipt of the prize and also sign all paperwork (acknowledgement of prize received and promotional consent form).
- All prize winners need to show a valid form of Identification or Mykonos Casino Membership card.
- A process of declination to be present at a draw will be available at the Tsogo Rewards Desk for the period of the promotion, where a participant can register to still be acknowledged for the prize, should he/she decline to be present for that Draw(s) or when the prize winners are announced on that day.
- Participants must register to decline to be present at the draws in person. No person shall be permitted to act on behalf of a participant to exercise this rule. A positive and acceptable form of identification must be presented by relevant parties when completing this process.
- Should a prize winner be eligible for a prize but is not present as a result of declining an invite to be present for the draw, the casino shall take all reasonable steps to contact the prize winner via the contact details provided or otherwise readily available. In such circumstances, the prize winner may, within 15 days of the draw, claim the prize.
- All decisions of Mykonos Casino will be final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into.
- Any person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified.
- In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for this promotion offers, irrespective of the cause for the technical failure or damage , another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of management and the Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board will be notified of any such changes.
- Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation.
- The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.

- Any complaints and/or disputes can be lodged with the Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board.
